3. What is an Interrogative-Negative Sentence?
An Interrogative-Negative Sentence is a question that includes not or its contraction. It asks a negative question. It often expects agreement or expresses surprise.

Important:

4. Basic Rules for Making Interrogative-Negative Sentences
To make an interrogative-negative sentence, we use the auxiliary verb + not before the subject. We often use the contracted form.
